Alarmed by the lack of hands-on learning tools available during Covid-19, Brittan and Barrett founded the Bigger Dream Box, a national youth-led organization dedicated to inspiring underserved students with custom-made learning boxes. In partnership with Learn to Be and with grants from America's Promise Foundation, they provided thousands of academic supplies to students across the country.

As weekly live 1-1 tutors for the last 4.5 years, they have witnessed firsthand the need for free STEM classes for every student, regardless of their location or economic status. As a Girls Who Code alumns, they attribute their deep interest in computer science to their mentors. With coding-themed Bigger Dream Boxes, they recently started a virtual weekly online Girls Who Code club for students in New York, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts.
